A 204mm, 18ltr double kit is best for you who are taller than 185cm to set a guideline somewhere. Of course, this does not mean that you cannot use it if you are shorter, but most divers will find that such a double set on a diver under 185 cm will feel like a heavy weight on the back. If you are under 185cm, a double set with a 12 liter bottle of 117mm will give you a better balance in the water. If you are in the 175 - 185 cm range, you are somewhat in a hybrid zone, so it will be a matter of individual preference.
