Description
Stay balanced in the water
When freediving, the biggest source of buoyancy comes from your lungs when they are filled with air, which has a buoyancy of around 2 to 4kg. By placing the lead in a weight vest that sits right where your lungs sit, you get the weight perfectly balanced for the best experience in the water.
The blue weights have a weight of approx. 700 grams per piece, and you can fit 6 in the Freesub weight vest.
You can connect the lead vest to a weight belt with a piece of string/bungee to keep it in place.
