For an even more intuitive reading of the data, Mares has increased the communicative efficiency of the most important parameters by displaying them in larger numbers , while the two secondary parameters are displayed in a way that takes up less space on the screen. Among the Quad Air's strengths are its low battery consumption (user replaceable with standard commercial batteries), which provides up to 150 dives, and the integration of tank data - air - for up to three transmitters, which are sold separately. The probe located on the first stage, as well as transmitting data to the Quad Air via radio frequency has an LED that uses color coding (green/above 180 bar, yellow/100 bar, red/50 bar) to provide quick and intuitive communication to the diver and their companions.
